1. How much does shipping cost?
Actual shipping rates depend on so many things - whether you want courier or standard post, whether you want to pay for insurance, if your address is urban or rural (and of course what country you are in!) . . . so it is not possible to show exact shipping charges for each artwork.
I am very happy to get you a price for shipping if you give me all the details, and then you can decide whether or not you want to go ahead with the purchase. You will need to add the shipping price to the price of the artwork. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipping requirements and get a price.

2. What if I don't like it when it arrives? Can I return it?
You sure can! I offer a unique 7-Day return policy (for NZ customers only) because I understand that artwork can look different in person and also in your own personal space, and buying art online can feel a bit risky. I will refund no questions asked. You need to advise me by email first and cover the cost of return postage, using the original packaging. The artwork must be returned in as-new condition. Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Please contact me directly regarding international sales. I use PayPal for international transactions and will ship anywhere in the world. I will email you with packing and shipping costs, which will be added to the cost of the work if you decide to proceed.
4. Will there be any customs charges to pay?
The buyer is responsible for paying international customs fees, determined by the country the artwork is being shipped to. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. It varies from country to country.
5. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Hopefully it will arrive in pristine condition, but in case it doesn't I suggest choosing shipping with insurance to cover that eventuality! If the artwork is damaged on arrival please contact me immediately (no later than the following day) at email@example.com. I will require photos of the packaging and the artwork in order to put in a claim for damage.
6. Can I pick up my artwork?
Sure - pick up is available in Wellington.
